Idk like 10 or 15 minutes, and because its a really good set up for parties. SX made it legendary but it won't be as big as the compound or as polular as ATOs fort.

If a top group like KS BTP SN etc. Gets it it would be huge. Any other group would be meh, minus maybe SAE who has history here.

To my knowledge no one has it yet but idk anyone close to the situation.

How would anyone know if Sae had a darty?? No one would have gone. If rumors are true that they got it, they definitely shoveled money. A shame, because it is a nice house and will never be used cause they suck

All of you falling for the SAE trick are dumb AF, and if you actually went here you may know whether SAE had a rush event there or not. If they did, they paid for a party and not to buy the house.

Their alumni are not nearly as active with the chapter as SAE wants you to think, they are trying to pull the money together but idk if they will get it.

This is straight from someone close to the ACTUAL owner of the house. KS SAE OX BTP are all 4 talking to the owner apparently.
