Just a tiny bit disrespectful to chi phi cuz they don’t do anything with any of those guys. Phi delt should also switch with Kappa sig they’re way better. And KKG and KD are not in the same tier

Chi phi is arguably the weirdest fratenrity here, their older guys r creeps and their younger kids r losers, they are only on here cause they have good properties, until they get rid of weirdos, which includes their last pc, they wont even be middle
