I think a group like SN KS or BTP would benefit a lot from the big house but we will see. The scramble is about to be brutal.

Anyone would benefit obviously but it all comes down to who has the most cash to put down as a chapter/alumni network. It might not even be a top group at all, possibly a mid group or even a bottom group like how ChiPhi got the compound.

Did Pi Kapp actually own it? Heard rumors they want to sell but maybe that's the landlord not Pi Kapp.

if that's true it will be limited to the frats with huge alumni networks.
