What is everyone’s honest opinion on Delta chi, I have heard so many mixed opinions

DX was much better my freshman year. Had recruited guys from the South and partied with the top tier regularly then they got in trouble, went on probations. Now they are below Phi Sig, A Sig and Feej.

They've fallen so far they are tailgating with Chi Phi and Pike. That's a huge drop from joints with Phi Delt & Delt just 2 years ago.

Phi delt and DX have not had a single event together since I started at this school 4 years ago.

They were the second best Yankee house to Phi Delt forever but now that Phi Sig and Fiji have improved and Pike is back. They're at best the no 4 frat for Yankees.
