I would move XO up to top and move ADPi down a row. ADPi's pledge class this year wasn't up to par while XO got a really good one, from what I've observed. Also, move DDD down a row and ZTA up a row. DDD also didn't get a great pledge class and ZTA's was up to snuff. Finally, DZ and KD are still middle tier...stop pushing them up.
