Those arent niches except AGR. Try hard and g@y aren't really niche's.
Also if KS is try hard you need to list KA and Fiji as try hards too.
SN actually had brothers dating eachother at TWO different points in the last decade (2012 and 2016 were years my fraternity documented their bros dating) so you might as well list them with beta, even though there isnt any proof of them being g@y.
ATO and PDT are the only 2 pristine clemson fraternities here.

wow! what group are you because my fraternity used to party with them all the time, but stopped after witnessing the two brothers making out at a party at their old property they had way outside of Clemson.

Im a freshman on my fraternities history committee. We document events around campus including embarrassing instances in other groups. Its in our book with the name of their bros too lolololol

Also WTF are you alumni doing here???? GTFOH, no one should care past college what a meaningless site has to say about your fraternity. Even though its hilarious to find this out, I'd rather alumni not be on here.
