new frat houses

Phi Kappa Tau just signed contracts to build three new fraternity houses on their own private street for the Fall semester. Greek Village is a thing.

this is exactly what happened to phi delt. they were pretty close to the bottom and then they get the lodge and now they are mid-upper mid. why can't it happen to phi tau?

it might happen, i know when i went through rush phi tau had some of the best if not the best rush parties, but it really comes down to the chapter recruiting well after they get those houses
