Fraternities:
Top: ATO, KA, BTP, KS, SN
Mid: PDT, AGR, Phi Sig, Asig, DX
Bottom: PKA, Pi kapp, SAE, etc.

Anyone who isn’t the old original 7, isn’t top, those are the fraternities in a normal year that have the best tailgates/darties and functions. ATO,Phi delt, AGR, KS, SNU,Beta, KA

Just because delta chi has a good house doesn’t mean they are top, stop self praising, delta chi is mid tier at best, they don’t throw down enough and they mix with fraternities and sororities who Aren't top, that is truth don’t get butthurt delta chi!
