if you're middle tier or lower middle you can't get away with the kind of hazing Delt did. Guys joining those frats (Pike, Fiji, Pi Kapp, Delt) expect pledging to be really easy. Theta Chi, Phi Sig and Delta Chi haze like hell though but they keep it quiet.
