Usually your VP Finance will work something out with you if you have trouble meeting dues, it's anywhere from 2000-3000 a year what with tee shirts and paying for your pin as a new member. There are payment plans if you can't always pay your monthly amount at one time.

My sorority is something in the area of $800, and the other sororities' finance cards that I saw were in the same area. They change depending on whether stuff like badges and shirts are included, but they're all less than a thousand dollars AFAIK.

The first semester is most expensive. They're all different, but they tend to be in the upper hundreds. HOWEVER, they decrease significantly after your first semester. Mine's only a few hundred.
