ΒΘΠ, ΦΔΘ, ΑΓΡ <- more northern except ΑΓΡ, mix with Kappa, XO, AXO and Zeta (AGR)

Mid
ΔX, ΑΣΦ, ΦΣΚ, ΦΓΔ <- very northern hang with Phi Delt sometimes Beta, mix with the Jersey Kappas (DX & Phi Sig) AXO, XO & Alpha Phi
ΠΚΑ, ΘΧ, ΔTΔ(rip) <- New Frats (except Delt) not many frat relations, mix with Alpha Phi (Pike), KD, DZ & SK

Bottom:
ΣAE(colony), ΠΚΦ, ΧΦ <- SAE is here because they are brand new. Pi Kapp & Chi Phi hang with Pi Phi, Gamma Phi & SK
FH, TKE, ΨΥ <- some Gamma Phi & SK action but not much else

I wouldn't separate Beta and Phi Delt from the others. they are all top just different types of guys.

middle tier should be:
AGR, DX, Phi Sig
Fiji, A Sig, Pi Kapp

move Pi Kapp up to Middle tier and this is correct.

they've fallen a lot but they're not in the bottom yet.

the tiers are right.

you can argue the order in the tiers.

like I'd have phi delt up and KS down but this is the closet to real on this site.

Pike and Theta Chi are just as good as Fiji, Phi Sig & A Sig the only difference is that they don't have party houses. Once they do all of the middle tier will be pretty even.

Not a chance. Pike has maybe 30 guys who'd get bids to good frats and the rest are Chi Phi/TKE level bad.

Theta Chi is better off. They took less guys but higher quality. So I could argue putting them higher but not Pike they should be bottom.
