COBing isnt that big of a deal

When a chapter COBs its to replace lost members to meet quota. While sometimes this is because members drop, it can also be from December graduates or transfers. Just because a chapter has to COB doesnt mean they can’t keep members.

Most people come in with AP credit so it’s not uncommon for girls to graduate early, which opens spots in every sorority. COB is not a bad thing. People will spin it to make it out that way, but be realistic here.
