Sophomore rushing

How likely is it for a sophomore to get into a good sorority here? Are sophomores rushing looked down upon?

It is the same process for sophomore and freshman. Being a sophomore does not hurt your chances of getting into any of the sororities to my knowledge. However, rushing as a junior I believe is more difficult.
