I mean I think you should report it just so you can make sure you have an unbiased experience, but the fine is super expensive for chapters so ... whatever you think is best

If it’s a recent pic that was on the chapters page then it’ll get noticed by Panhell anyways. If it’s an old pic that you can tell what their chapter is, don’t really bother

If you actively looked for it or someone in your Pi Chi group went looking for it and told everyone, then you should not report it. But if she told you herself, then you should report it.
