Really confused on how this would be Kappa. Kappa is the #1 chapter and you’re acting like it’s a self rank to put them in the Top 3? That doesn’t make sense

You don’t have to be a kappa to say that they’re a top chapter. Everyone knows they are, and you’re lying to yourself if you don’t think they’re a top 3 mention. Pan woman stand for what’s right and encourage each other. The only one who has an issue with Kappa is SK and I’m willing to bet you’re one based on what you’re saying

It’s really a matter of opinion. I think nosy would agree zeta and kappa. The third would be a toss up for many.
