Truth about Tiers

You can argue all you want about order within the tiers and who is on the rise or falling but there is a clear top 5, middle 4, and bottom 3. Frats like the top 5 the most and they have the most social opportunities. Middle can still be a great experience. Bottom isn’t worth your time.
