Rushing as a Junior

Im currently a sophmore. Since rush events will probably be heavily monitored if not shut down, I'd probably rush a frat next fall. Should I just not rush at all if I'm going to be rushing as a junior?

no frats rly take juniors, rush in the spring as a sophomore for a better chance
