DTD - new frat, mostly northern VA, MD & PA, soccer players & swimmers, pledging was too easy
Delta Chi - Boston & NY, no one cared.

im confused as to how and why people think "Kappa Swag" is rising in the rankings so quickly. From what ive seen, they will give a bid to anyone who wears a southern tide shirt. They get more scraps than pike.

Cool house is all they have going for them.
