Texts from sororities

Hi im a PNM and some of my friends have been getting texts from sororities and i havent should i be concerned? Im not a legacy anywhere and don’t know much about rushing so im kinda nervous

are they getting texts from people they don’t know, or friends already in sororities?

panhellenic just announced that sorority members could reach out and text new girls so i wouldn’t worry or think much of it!! it’s a super new thing that we usually can’t do
