No hate but can someone explain to me what happened to theta and what is delta phi

Their nationals pulled out on them because they weren’t recruiting enough, delta phi is just their old chapter designation. I think they’re just doing events under that name since they can’t join any other sororities and can’t/don’t want to use the name Theta.
