I took a lower tier bid because I bonded with a couple girls during rush. They were just so nice. I was a little bummed that higher tier didn't pick me, but the girls I ended up with are great and after a year I realize I probably would not have liked being in the higher tier sorority that I had my eye on.

XO AXO APHI (some out of state, funny, athletic)
KD DZ PBP (sweet, some out of state, smart)
SK GPHI (good sisterhood, friendly)
No tiers, no order, just grouped by similarities

I know people that didn’t get bids from sororities they wanted the first time around and just rushed again the following year after making friends in sororities. They ended up being a lot happier for waiting a year rather than taking a bid from someone they didn’t want. Also rush is easier the second time, you know what to expect
