best properties or houses for parties???

AGR has by far the best house and probably always will.
Dtd has a nice house and next year will have the fort that beta/ATO used to have giving them multiple places for parties.
Phi delt has a great place for parties, they have the most open land, but only really use it for Woodstock every year.
Alpha sig skybox is cool, but small and doesn’t have much of a yard.
DX also has a big house with a large basement good for parties.
Betas house has a big fenced in yard for parties but sucks when it’s cold or raining, and attracts cops on a main road.
A few frats have houses for game day tailgates behind downtown, but they almost always team up with other fraternities to share them on game days and switch owners almost every year. So those don’t really make a difference.
Other houses exist, but these are most relevant.
