Where can I get some stats on sorority rush? I'm thinking about it but I'm really scared that I will go down early and not get in a good sorority. Like how many girls drop out or how many girls don't get a bid. I really like Clemson but I am a little nervous about it being too southern. Also scared that if I get in one that I might end up in a really preppy one or a really southern one so like how many girls end up dropping a sorority after getting a bid?

You yankees need to get over yourselves! You are coming to the South, therefore it will be Southern. Not a hard concept to grasp. If you don’t want to be around southerners, stay up in yankeeland.
If I were considering Rutgers, I wouldn’t ask someone if if was “ too Yankee”.

About 1200 girls rush and around 800 get bids. Some drop and others are released and don’t get bids. I can’t say enough that just go through all of rush and at the end if you don’t like your choices then drop.

If you drop after going through rush, can you rush again in the spring?

If you drop after receiving a bid, you can't rush again for a year because the bid is binding for that amount of time. If you drop before you receive a bid, you could rush in the spring.
