southern vs northern

I'm from New England, and I've heard its impossible to get a bid from some sororities if you're not from the south. What sororities should I not get my hopes up for, and what sororities don't care about where you're from?

The only really southern sororities are Tri Delta and AdPi. But there are northern girls in these sororities. I don't think you're at a huge disadvantage. Kappa has a lot of northern girls and girls from all over the place.

While there are some really southern sororities here, its not like your going to get shut out. Other sororities could really care less about where your hometown is. Don't worry about it.

Kappa and DZ tend to have a really great mix of girls. It's all about feeling where you fit best though!
