I'd say XO is top tier, and APhi is 2nd tier. Also agree that Beta isn't top tier.

I hope none of these are in particular order because that would make this so much harder. Move XO up, move APhi up. Move Sigma Nu up, move Beta down. Move Sigma Pi up and move Alpha Sig down. I almost think the third frat tier should be split into two but whatever.

I would move XO up to tier 1 and ADPi and DDD down to tier 2. Sorry, but they have both slipped recently, especially DDD with last year's pledge class.
