It's interesting because they recruit up to quota but then chapter size goes below total because they can't retain their members.

zeta struggles with retention because some girls join it because its a top tier, not necessarily because they feel “at home” or like they fit. Then they end up not liking it because of that. I’m sure theres other reasons girls drop, but thats what my friend in zeta told me

Zeta is KNOWN for this at a lot of universities!! Girls see the zlam, crown and pink and think it’s top so they end up as “top” but they n e v e r keep their girls! They have a good look.. lacking substance
