PDT BTP KS ATO ASP SNu
There are really only 6 fraternities right now you can consider top, rage pull good guys, etc. Ranks are changing but there's no way pi kapp or DTD are top yet.
Up. Mid.
KA AGR DX PKP DTD PSK
KA AGR and DX all have arguments to be in the top but all have been slipping lately. Pi kapp and DTD are still newish and while they have a lot of momentum they need the history to get the sorority relations, phi Sig has been doing well lately but still they need to get relations. Etter somehow.
Mid
(PKA) (SAE) Fiji ChiPhi (LXA) OX
If you are t recognized idc what house or history you have you cant do much. Fiji chi phi and OX are all new, SAE won't be as new and have some good things going but will rebuild. Same with Pike. Lambda is dying but are still sort of relevant.
Anyone else is Better than being non Greek but really there are only 15~ fraternities doing anything worthwhile right now.

ASP has been making the biggest waves out of all the middies of the past few years so I can understand having them up top. Their skybox is an awesome setup, and they have been partying there a lot this semester. Biggest problem for ASP though is that these older fraternities don’t want to be seen hanging with any of these new fraternities, and that will continue to hold ASP and all of the rest of the middies back.

I see what you're saying, and some groups are certainly not advertising doing anything with them, but I have seen a lot of Top groups there.
KA just parties with anyone they can now when SNu isnt available. They aren't top anymore but still.
SNu KS Beta have all been at alpha sigma phi, I'm in one of the 3, won't say which.
Phi delt AGR and ATO are the only groups I can honestly say I haven't seen at alpha sig parties.
