fall rush critical to these fraternities in order
-sig chi: need to recover from brother review and booting from quad
-SAE: somehow need to convince people to rush them after all this trouble
-Sip Pi: falling into no mans land
-kappa sig: need to continue to improve their brotherhood
-FH: bc they just came on
-beta/ato: new houses to steal rushees from rival fraternities
sig nu: get bigger or whatever
