Is it weird for sophomores to rush sororities? I regret not rushing last year, but do sophomores get bids?

Each sorority has to take a certain # of sophomores. You'll be fine.

Is rushing with a 3.0 as a transfer difficult?

I went through rush as a transfer sophomore with a 3.2, and I got a bid! Being a transfer doesn't really matter, but your GPA might be a bit low. I do suggest getting rec letters if you can.

Well what if I am rushing as a sophomore with a 3.0 and was extremely involved with my community and the school? Also what if I was really involved with doing activities with a certain sorority.

Involvement, community service, volunteer work, or anything related looks good. I think you'll be fine. Every sorority here at Clemson is great! Just remember to keep an open mind during recruitment.

Also a new sorority coming so that’s always an option too they’ll need upperclassmen.
