Phi delt definitely does not

Phi Delt has the compound for sure. Idk about lambda but ive seen tons of the same AXOs DZs and ZTAs they always party with posting about summer parties there, havent seen a single lambda.. idk whos spreading this news but they arent losig it any time soon.

They may have had brothers back out and lost a building thats now being leased to sorority girls they gave the scoop to to get a jump on everyone else but thats probably the full extent of it.

The guy above is right though no one should care. The land lord is going to keep a close eye on it from now on, bustig up whatever they do if it gets too big and is even looking to sell of a building or two after renovations are done. Its only a matter of time before clemson loses a huge party spot or it just loses prominance on our social scene.

We need to find or fund building more houses off campus. Hopefully SX and SP die out soon so some alumni group can buy those houses and upgrade their social statuses there.

I guarantee Phi delt doesn't have it in the fall. Some girls have the back Long house, Beta or Lambda have the doll house and some kids have the front house their renovating. Goodluck with the trying to say the frats with the houses will die out. Most likely not before they get back on, and still have the houses.

Don't listen to this fake news garbage. Phi delt has absolutely NO control over the compound now. They lost all the houses. I'm sorry y'all only have the lodge now lol. Yes, lamda has the back right house, some random girls have the back left (not sure their affiliation yet), and the front house, well let's just save that surprise for football season :)
