Honestly i'd say theyre all pretty equal, except maybe the really small chapters and the new guys.

No one has a hard pledge season anymore. PRetty much atos were all mommas boys (still are) and wanted to level the playing field by removing any good pledgeship good fraternities did. Even started the ban on pledge driving
