compound
by: compound masterlol anyone in phi delt trying to say they decide who gets the compound needs help. Unless you own the property you have no say who lives there. The landlord told me the other day the back house is some girls. the other back house is some "frat boys" and then the front house was condemened but they fixed it up enough to lease it to some geeds. So there we go i dont know who those frat boys are but unless the geeds are kids in an off campus fraternity and technically unaffiliated than i think only one of the houses even has greek kids living it.

I bet the landlord told you all of this, bet yall are best pals.
Phi Delt signed a lease through this next december, since the crowd before them were evicted in late november and they swooped in to sign immediatly. so now the leasing cycle starts in december.
Even if the landlord wanted phi delt out which they dont, theyd have to wait until the end of the semester. what youre saying makes no sense.
I doubt youre even at clemson anymore.

In all seriousness though coming from outside the arguement i was just over at the compound and i definitely saw Phi Delts there...
At the end of the day the compound is going to suck next year since the land lord is restricting parties there while they fix the place up so... really none of this matters.

I was just about to say the same thing, one of my good friends from HS who joined Phi Delt who was living there is definitely still posting Snapchat stories of them smoking each other out of the 7 foot bong they have in their big party room in one of the houses..
Idk if they'll be there in the fall but it looks like they're still there now.
