This is coming from a brother who will be living there at some point next year. Not sure who is trolling everyone about it but it is annoying. There might be other fraternities joinig us here though.. just wait and see.

lol this is all so wrong.

we (phi delt) don't have it anymore, i lived there last year. the main house is condemned, no one can live there. one of the back houses is being leased by random geeds, the other back house is being leased by either beta or lambda, or both.

First off if you were a brother, which you arent, and we were happening to lose the compound, we arent, you wouldnt be advertising something like this so proudly over the site.

Youre obviously a troll.

PDT still has the compound and are considering lettig another fraternity move in, only if theyre good enough to make the compound even more prominant than it already is.
