as of right now its still Phi Delt as far as i know. evderyone keepssaying they got evicted but i still have a friend in the fraternity saying he still lives there...
idk if anyone on this website knows. most of us wont find out until right before the fall starts again.

Heard the landlords thought they did a lot of damage and werent happy but is still open to leasing it to them. No one knows if phi delt is still going to make an effort to keep it. My guess is they will because losing that would be a huge mistake.

Idk if lambda has it.. they may i cant confirm since i dont know any lambdas.
Either way the landlord is super angry they have to sink more into the compound. PDT still has the house the landlord is not leasing for repairs but idk if it will matter anymore since the landlord is about to be a lot more strict with parties there.
More houses need to be built or leased with more relaxed rules. Were running out of space..

Im hearig the same. No one knows when they get it all back though. More fraternities may be moving in soon.. it might be a split situation like the white house is between ATO SP and whats left of Sig Ep (not much).
Beta and lambda want it bad apparently.
