-Frats you will be disappointed joining:
KA: no house, blanket bidding weak dudes, lack of social lives. Do nothing unless its with AGR.
SN: the same thing as KA except theyve been more selctive, getting clemsons super try hards, do nothing all year unless its with AGR and have no place to party.
Beta: the same thing as KA and SN except twice as try hard and twice as weak.
SX: their older dudes are chill AF but their newer pledge classes since being kicked off have been laughable. Sucks what happened to them but they will end up surviving.
All 4 of these fraternities are always ranked as "top frats" by guys who probably dont even go here once you meet them they feel closer to mid frats.
ATO PDT AGR KS are great top frats to rush as first choices. You wont be bored or in a fraternity that has to rely on other fraternities to rage. This is the truth do with it what you will.

ATO is 100% losing the fort but keeping the compound. Have heard nothing about sharing white house with SP.....

ATO isnt losing the fort from what i know. They are getting the white house next year with SP, which is probably going to be a HUGE disaster for ATO. The way i see it their influence has grown.
