truthful frat ranking

I know a lot of people wont like what I'm going to say but it's true... will probably just dislike because they want to pretend it's not true but hey here goes.
ATO KA and SNU are equally the best ones on campus. They all do stuff together, get the best girls, and all pull from the same guys during rush. Each is a little different but I wouldn't say one is better than the other.(even though KA's house just burned down lol)
After them, AGR PhiDelt, Kappa Sig and Beta are good. AGR has cool guys but is sadly used a lot for their house. PhiDelt is the best northern frat and they have an awesome house. Kappa Sig is used for their house and that's about it. Beta is a neat mix of guys and is getting better but does not yet have the social pull of someone like AGR or PhiDelt.
Off campus ones are still kinda relevant but have trouble having a large presence because of their current standing. Still, Sig Chi, Sig Pi, and PIKE are still good and manage to get hot girls at their stuff.
Alpha Sig, DTD, Lambda, PiKapp, Delta Chi, FIJI and Phi Sig are after that.
If you're not on here yet (I'm looking at you TKE) You probably don't want to be a member of the frat.

Clearly KA and Beta are worse off this year than they were last year and even then they were barely top 8. KA has no housing, the kids arent solid anymore, tri delt was their only top sorority and even they are starting to move away. As for Beta? Can we honestly say those rainbow colored chubby wearing frat stars are any different than DTD? I honestly cant tell the difference between the two. Beta has fallen so far the passed 3 years its not even funny.
SN is decent but gets over ranked a lot, dont really see how theyre relevant without partying with frats with better housing than them.
Clearly ATO AGR and KS are the top 3 right now. KA and Phi Delt are about even at the moment and honestly id give the edge to Phi Delt. Then its off row pike and sx.
