sorority membership termination

If someone's membership is terminated, can they rush again? I know it's not allowed but if they were to try, would they be caught? Does pan have anyway to enforce this rule?

If you initiated, you can never join another sorority. If the sorority you initiated is here (regardless of the chapter) (ex: you were in Chi O at USC and then transferred here) then the Clemson chapter would absolutely find out and would report you to Panhellenic. If the organization is not at clemson, (Ex: you were in Delta Gamma at another school and transferred in) then I'm not sure how they would know, but it seems dishonest and sketchy.

You'd be surprised how easy it is to find these things out. If someone comes from another school there are always contacts there. Someone always knows someone who knows someone. It's hard to hide if you were a member somewhere else.
