are the things on this site even accurate? if you ask actual brothers and girls on campus they say things completely different about frats/sororities... for example phi delt is ranked top tier a lot but everyone says they suck

You kinda just average out what people say on here and where people are ranked to get a general idea of how things are. Just take everything said on here with a grain of salt.

Honestly you can ignore the rankings under the fraternity and sorority rankings sections because of people selfranking their organization or rivals hating on them. The rankings people list in the discussion section are decently accurate, they usually get the general tiers of presence on campus right. But all organizations honestly have some good and bad people and some who don't party
