KA will always be better because it's KA and we're in SC. Phi Delt is doing well, but it seems like Beta has much better sorority relations. I'd agree that Phi Sig probably had a better reputation, but DTD's been doing much better than them over the last year or so

If you think Beta, who doesn't have their house anymore, is better than AGR, who has the best house, and Phi Delt, who has the new compound, then you're out of your damn mind. Beta's sorority relations aren't even that good, they went down the drain the second their house got torn down.
Also, Pike has like 20 brothers left paying dues. They have no social budget, and they can't even play music at their house during parties. They aren't gonna come back strong next year...
