so wat is the deal for sigma pi? i heard they have a nice house but idk how to contact them.

I would highly advise against joining sigma Pi. They don't have a charter so you can actual become a sigma pi (nationally recognized). This means that they don't have any backing (legal, insurance, alumni connections) so if anything bad happens you personally could be liable and be out in jail or hit with a massive lawsuit.
