Ive briefly talked to both and got invites to both but they are at the same time. Any suggestions on which one to go to?

Email alpha sig and tell them that you're still interested but all your buddies convinced you to go to phi delt

They're both improving but PDT is a lot better

I would usually say phi Delt but after the past two years with each chapter I see a downward trend in phi Delt and the opposite with alpha sig. Both have great houses but that's all phi Delt has. Alpha Sig apparently took a lot of phi Delt rushees and has a great pledge class which is odd but it could shape the fraternity.
