rushing out of state

Do any fraternities not give bids to out of state people? I'm from Georgia if that makes any difference.

KA and Ato are the ones that are major league in state but they still have a good portion from outside sc. Snu ks and sx also have a big time instate portion but are more accepting of out of state guys.

I think there's a disadvantage of being out of state for top tier frats but it's still possible to get a bid
