pretty self explantatory the off campus frats are stuck in limbo cuz we dont know what will happen to them this year... so this is about as un biased as i can get it

Good list, i like the idea of the limbo for off campus, but I think delta chi gets way too much credit, they got an awful fall class last year, they should move down a row behind dtd and dtd should go up behind a sig.
