how i think things are.

The top 4 arent in any trouble and all but SN have good housing options but SN has the sorority relations to make up for it and parties with top fraternities often. PDT doesnt have the sorority relations with their older guys but their new pledge class is starting to pull better girls.

KA is usually in trouble with recent sub par pledge classes. no housing, still rage. AGR always has good fraternities partying with them but are still dependant on that for relevancy. Beta is losing momentum but are still getting good guys and pulling good girls, no housing. Pike is the only suspended fraternity returning next year fully recognized and still have a good housing option and solid pull.

SX is losing momentum fast but will probably survive and return solidly in 2025, still have nationals support. LXA has decent momentum to move up and getting solid guys and pull good housing option as well. DX has a good housing option and good guys just need momentum to gain more relevancy. A-Sig is being more selective and has a solid housing option. SP may or may not survive but anyone initiated here wont have national or school support until then. DTD PSK and PKP both have solid momentum but i hear PSK is in trouble.

PKT is out of trouble and recovering. Fiji is new and the rest on this row are fighting for relevancy. Anything below is more introverted or not here yet.
