They were suspended for some time between 5 and 10 years. Cant remember exactly how many but long enough that all of the former active members will be gone by the time they're allowed to recolonize

Administration can shorten the suspension because nationals took action and pulled the charter before the chapter was in trouble with the school.

nothing will be considered until all the lawsuits are settled. probably won't be until 2020 or 2021, but they'll be back before Sigma Chi which is completely insane.
