I have a pretty sweet theory I would like to share with y'all. A fraternity will never be ranked more than 1 tier away from their actual tier because otherwise it would be obvious someone was self ranking or trying to put down said fraternity. All you gotta do to figure out where one actually stands is average out the tiers the fraternity is being put into.
