Fraternities
The top 8 are all solid choices the difference between the top 4 and the next 4 are quality of guys.
The next 9 are mid tier choices and as you drop down by line the quality of guys drops exponentially.
The bottom 6 are either new or just perennially bad.

Sororities
Top 5 have consistently been the top just switch around spots.
The next 4 are mid tier choices and are pretty similar.
The bottom 4 are weaker chapters.
