Sig Pi is on there because they gave out bids in the spring and will most likely do the same in the fall, and phi tau is on there because they will be able to give out bids in the fall. Sig Pi has definite potential to move up to where they were this fall depending on how they do with bids. Delta Chi will most likely drop off, but it will be interesting to see how they do this fall. Other than that it is pretty self explanatory. Fiji also has potential to move either up or down.
