The top two rows have always been the more relevant and more established fraternities. This won't change unless one or more of them gets kicked off. Top row by far gets the most and hottest chicks from the best sorority. They are everyone's first choice in rush by far. The row below them has pretty good sorority relations and dope houses except beta who is beta. The middle row are fraternities who have never seen the middle tier and had it not been for the brilliance of sig ep never would have. They will all be in mid tier until a top tier gets kicked off. Row below mid row is not really that far behind middle row. They could probably be swapped with anyone in mid row. Bottom row will always be bottom row.

Stay away from sig ep, sae, and especially sig pi. You could go with sig chi but they are always in hot water and will probably never return to campus at the rate they are going. Pike will be back and have the shack which is awesome so you could go them. Phi tau is like an on campus mid tier fraternity so why would you want to go them.
