sig ep?????

last night I was sober enough to make out sig ep letters above the study hall dt, have they always had this space?? never noticed it before, didnt realize they were still actively throwing down

They've had that place for awhile. There's still three years of them left so I'd assume they still throw down together. As for actively recruiting new members, I'd say that's a negative ghost rider.
